Hologic is displaying its Affirm contrast biopsy software for the first time since it became commercially available in the U.S. at the RSNA annual meeting.
The software allows clinicians to target and acquire tissue samples in lesions identified with Hologic's I-View contrast-enhanced mammography software. The contrast solution provides healthcare facilities with a viable and attractive alternative to breast MRI, according to the company.
