Artificial intelligence (AI) software developer Whiterabbit.ai is recruiting mammography specialists to participate in a research study that will assess the impact of AI on their performance.
The retrospective study, which will test the assumption that AI does not influence the performance of radiologists, will be conducted at Stanford Medicine in California over two weekends in early 2023, according to the vendor. The radiologists will first read mammography cases without the aid of AI and then again four to six weeks later with the assistance of AI, the company said.
