PACS firm eRad of Greenville, SC, is offering a new real-time remote monitoring service for its eRad PACS software.

eRad Site Management Solutions (eRad SiteMan) will utilize software to continuously analyze the runtime, system status, and administration details for each installed eRad PACS server.

eRad support personnel will monitor the information to identify and clear conditions that may adversely affect the system's performance.
