Viz.ai plans to integrate Medical imaging AI company Avicenna.AI's CINA-iPE and CINA- Aspects software into its Viz.ai One platform.
The combination will offer radiologists more insight into neurovascular CT exam findings, the two firms said.
Avicenna.AI secured clearance from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the CINA-iPE and CINA-Aspects software in March. CINA-iPE identifies incidental pulmonary embolism (PE) on CT imaging, while CINA-Aspects assesses the Alberta Stroke Program Early CT Score (ASPECTS) from CT brain exams.
