Radiation oncology vendor Elekta has won a five-year, sole-source purchasing agreement for its radiation oncology products and services with group purchasing organization Premier
The agreement, effective September 1, makes Elekta the exclusive provider of linear accelerators and various oncology informatics and services to Premier's network of hospitals and clinics. It also gives Premier members access to special pre-negotiated pricing and terms, according to the company.
The agreement encompasses the following products:
- Elekta Unity MR linac
- Leksell Gamma Knife for brain cancer treatment
- Versa HD all-in-one radiotherapy system
- Elekta Infinity
- MOSAIQ Plaza radiotherapy software
- Elekta Care customer services program
