Lantheus Medical Imaging of North Billerica, MA, said that it has signed a national contract with group purchasing organization Novation of Irving, TX.
The contract calls for Lantheus to supply its Ablavar injectable MR angiography blood-pool imaging agent and its Definity ultrasound contrast agent, which is used to opacify the left ventricle chamber and improve image quality in suboptimal echocardiograms.
