PET services provider Mobile P.E.T. Systems has settled two lawsuits involving Southridge Capital Management, York, and other related parties. The San Diego-based company withdrew its allegations that York violated its contractual obligations to Mobile P.E.T., and that Southridge Capital or York manipulated PET's stock. Both parties say they are satisfied, and that the financial relationship between Mobile P.E.T. and York can now continue.
