Digital x-ray company Swissray Customer Care has acquired Swissray International's radiographic division.
Swissray Customer Care provides diagnostic imaging technology throughout healthcare facilities in the United States. The acquisition of the radiographic division will include all customer contracts, system parts, as well as assets from Swissray International, the company said.
"This is a positive move that will enhance customer service by creating a single point of contact for all radiographic needs," a company representative said in a news release.
Financial details of the deal were not disclosed. Under the agreement, Swissray Customer Care will be rebranded simply as "Swissray," the company said.
