(Booth 6428) Australian software developer Apollo Medical Imaging Technology will focus on perfusion and permeability mapping of whole-body organs in its RSNA appearance.
The company will demonstrate enhancements to its MIStar software that include the addition of automatic dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI (DCE-MRI) enhancement pattern classification and lesion analysis in breast and prostate exams. In addition, the software offers automated processing of CT perfusion datasets of brain or body organs by a click of a mouse button, according to the company.
MIStar has received 510(k) clearance from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, and can be integrated into existing PACS or workstation software as a plug-in.
